    The company was formed by Jon Fleming,

    Due to Jon’s personal experience of using traditional services, he was determined to create a company that fulfilled his own exacting standards of care, flexibility, choice and control. He takes the business very personally, and as a result, has created a client focused business that works right across the care spectrum, including some of the most complex cases that traditional care providers find too challenging.

    All clients have control over their choices and opportunities ensuring they get the highest quality, most comprehensive and flexible support packages designed completely around them. That’s what makes the Jon Fleming Group so unique. A business created by someone who has insight to understand completely the needs of the clients they serve.

    Since we’ve had new Management at the Turriff office the standard of my brothers 24-hour package has greatly improved.  We get weekly rotas and have a great staff team of eight that cover the shifts.  Having a staff team that is consistent works very well for my brother and staff. Everyone knows when they are on shift and it lessens his anxiety.  I’ve found the new team to be very approachable, they listen and take concerns on board and try to find solutions for any issues that arise.
